...and rain makes applesauce.

In a rather strange mood. I've turned down a stint on the board of directors for my home community theatre. I've been on the board before, and I am just as happy not to be on it. We're stealing away to see Watchmen tonight (seeing as for me, it is past midnight). Wednesday night at the movies - hopefully it won't be too crowded.

The weather pattern we're in is strange. Last weekend was beautiful with days reaching into the sixties - wandering around in a sweatshirt. Monday it snowed. Tuesday it warmed to 44 degrees so all the snow melted. Right now it is raining. My boss told me "Aslan is coming!" today as this time of year always reminds her of that scene in the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe when the snow melted and spring arrived, and with it, Aslan.

I'm embroiled in a new project at work - right now it is mostly prep - and data entry. Lots and lots of painful data entry. I am going on travel again at the end of next week - a whole eight days in San Francisco.

I had an observation to make when I started this entry, but now I can't think of it. Ah well, you will just have to wonder.

Oh! This isn't that, but go watch this geektastic video anyway:

Building the LEGO Millennium Falcon - http://vimeo.com/3494026

Because it is brilliant, and funny, and great entertainment (keep an eye on the guy with the broom - so awesome!)
