Plans, who needs plans?

So my flight from CHICAGO to DUBLIN was canceled. Stuck in Chicago until tomorrow when I will get on a plane bound for... wait for it... BOSTON! And from Boston they booked us on another airline to Dublin tomorrow night. Yup. I am spending the night in the lovely Wyndham O'Hare after spending hours waiting in line to rebook.

The reason they canceled the flight? The plane had no working lavatories. Right. Good thing they figured that out.

So yeah - in transit all day tomorrow, too.

I will get to Dublin some time on Thursday.

About the way things work. A short story, long.

Was on a trip to Europe. Flew from Portland to Orlando. 5 days, bought a house. Flew to London. Overnight. Flew to Paris and was supposed to catch plane to St Petersburg. Fog. No flights out then. Could get me on a flight back to London but...then that was cancelled. Overnight in hotel near CDG. They have naked people on regular TV. Woot! Flew out the next day.

Oh man, travel FUBAR no fun. Chicago isn't a bad city to have to spend time in. Good food, beautiful architecture, strange speaking folks - almost as bad as Philly - HEE!
