Yes, the actual name of the bridge is long and complicated, and all-inclusive. But locals call it the ZAKIM bridge. Calling it the "Bunker Hill Bridge" while technically (sort of) correct makes locals look at you a little sideways. Because we call it the Zakim Bridge.

Technically and fully it is the "Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge." When discussed in the news (traffic reports, etc.) it is called the Zakim Bridge.
