Spent a lovely weekend in NYC with friends. Wandering the city all decked out for the holidays was fun - if crowded.

Mostly dorked out with multitudes of stories and conversation. Hopefully, we'll be able to get together again soon! Perhaps April...

Thanks! The top two are at the Time Warner mall (right at Columbus Circle) - NYC is changing over to LED lights, and these trees were just *covered* in them. The second photo was inside the mall, up on the top level looking down into the atrium. The multicolored stars changed color with the classic Christmas music being played. Beyond the big stars, and the reflection of the big stars, it is looking out onto Columbus Circle traffic patterns - and Central Park to the left (upper left corner of the photo - there was an outdoor holiday fair going on and we wandered through it).

The other photos were from Rockefeller Center - and the crush of crowds there was almost enough for me to run screaming. But I've never seen the tree at Rockefeller in person before, so it was worth it to do that.

We had a good time wandering the city, even if it was pretty cold out. And we had hot cocoa for afters.
