I'm in Minneapolis for the week and how is it fair that the temperature was 63 degrees yesterday, and snowing today? Granted, it only snowed a little bit, but it's still cold. Oh well, such is Minneapolis in March they tell me.

Can I say the downtown Skyways are way cool? We took a little trip through them to Marshall Fields and back on Saturday afternoon. They were pretty crowded because of the Garden show happening in teh convention center. I wish we'd had the time to wander through the garden show, but no such luck.

The hotel is *fabulous.* We're in the Hilton and Towers hotel, and I'm staying on the Executive level, which gives you continental breakfast in the mornings. Very nice. The group has totally taken over the hotel, so the hallways and foyers are lined with tables and chairs and power supply and we have something like forty wireless access points set up around the first three floors of the hotel. ML gave me his old wireless card and installed the software so I cen be wireless whenever I want! Huzzah.

They are feeding me too much, so I am going to swim tonight (last night we did swim, jacuzzi and sauna. Tonight I think swimming will be enough.).

I miss my house, my river and [livejournal.com profile] gwendolyngrace. I know she is doing crazy things like tech this week, but I miss talking to her for the ten miutes we've had here and there lately. I'm still hoping to get home in time to see the show on Saturday, but it is not a definite thing.

So I get bored sitting here all day. Anyone out there - spam me with a link to some interesting page you have bookmarked. Any page, on any subject. If you've got it in your bookmarks it's got to have some intersting thing about it, right?
