OMG!!! How awesome was this season ender? Can't wait for the whole of season two to come out on disc, because I'm pretty sure I missed an episode here or there. And we're making our way through season one, because, well, we haven't seen the bulk of those episodes, yet.

It really was a satisfying end to the season - and bringing us full circle with the last shot mirroring the same shot in the pilot, beautiful! Well done! Yaye! Kripke is made of win! \o/

Wasn't it though! So fucking awesome! I was just telling Dru about my appreciation for the Shiban, Kripke and Manners holy trinty of uber scary shit on the tube goodness. I so don't watch regular TV anymore, but SPN keeps bringing me back. Yay for season 3!

And hey, good on ya about the hair. Isn't it like the most freeing thing in the world? I loved cutting mine off. You should take pic and post to our trip group.

I know, SPN rocks. One of the best things on TV today.

As to the pic - yes, as soon as I have any pictures of me with the short, curly mess I'll post one! I got rid of a *lot* of hair - and the rest of it then went BOING!

I can't believe you watch Smallville and *NOT* Supernatural!!!

This summer you should totally beg or borrow or rent the DVDs of the first season and WATCH IT!!!!

Because I used to watch Smallville but it lost me because there was too much "Lex is evil" "oh, wait, Lex is okay." "No, Lex is evil and must be destroyed" "Nope, it's his father that is evil, Lex is only slightly evil. Like evil lite - just one calorie." "No, I changed my mind, Lex is totally Satan-level evil."

It got old. And I stopped watching. ;D

Maybe it's a Sacramento thing. I know two other people int, which makes me sad. I'm all for canon Mionel. Buwho only watch SV, not SPN. And I'm actually really liking it still. I mean, the Lex stuff is old, as is the ZOMGLANA!!!!!!!!!111!!!! and the wannabe Clana , but there are a lot of good elements to the show, too. I love the inclusion of the other DC characters (Brainiac, Mxyzpltlk, and the JLA). Chloe is an amazing character that I love. I love watching Lex turn torward evil, seeing the process behind it (and really, isn't it just so obvious he'd turn with how everyone treats him?).

And really, I'm thinking Lionel is a better parent than Martha at this pot even with its flaws, I really do love the show, and the finale had me on the edge of my seat and freaking out at every turn.

I've got a friend who's burning me the first two seasons this summer, since I adamantly refuse to watch it until I've seen those. ;)
