So I spent the day watching my nieces wrap their grandpa around their tiny little fingers. G is 2 and a half and B is four months. B is definitely lighter in colouring than her older sister. She has beautiful bright blue eyes, while G's eyes are so dark brown to be almost black. And B is noisier than her sister was at that age. She chortles and babbles happily to anyone, but still doesn't like to be held by anyone but Mommy. Not even her Papa (my brother) can hold her for any length of time without her fussing a lot. They were both wearing pink. They looked adorable - but pink?!? And Damn, but my sis-in-law looks *good* for just having had a baby four months ago!

Then most of us went off to visit with my grandfather in the rehab center. He was pretty happy to see all of us, and G was happy to see him too (one more conquest for her little fingers...). Hopefully he will be soon moving back to the assisted living place.

All in all a good, fun, BEAUTIFUL Sunday here in the greater Boston area. The weather today was perfect. Not too hot, not too cool, sun was shining and there was a refreshing cool breeze. Lovely!
